Jonathan Hufnagel - Founder / CEO

Jonathan began his sports career after graduating Oklahoma State University in May of 2009. Soon after, he started his career in sports as a Ticket Sales Rep at FC Dallas, Major League Soccer. Jonathan quickly found success selling tickets to the Corporate Community. While at FC Dallas, Jonathan had his ‘ah-ha’ moment for DASH when he noted the struggle the Teams’ Foundation Director had with pen and paper auctions.

Jonathan held a brief three year stint at New York Life as a Financial Services Professional until he started DASH in 2016.

Jake Ninko- VP of Operations

Jake is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Central Florida. Following his graduation, he embarked on his sports career as a ticket representative with the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL. He then served as a project manager for Arena Americas, overseeing the construction of the 2016 US Open in Oakmont, PA. Subsequently, Jake joined the inaugural staff of the ECHL Jacksonville Icemen Franchise, where he became a client of DASH. Since 2022, he has been an integral part of the DASH team.

In his personal time, Jake enjoys spending quality moments with his wife, Lucy, and their children, Jet and Mackenzie. A dedicated fan of Detroit sports, he also relishes weekends on the golf course.

Karson Stinson - Service & Activation Director

Karson is an innovative professional who recently joined DASH after gaining extensive experience across multiple seasons in ECHL hockey. She has worked in various departments, including Tickets, Retention, Sponsorship, and Marketing. Karson and her husband Brendon live an adventurous life, traveling the continent in their renovated school bus tiny home. She enjoys long walks down the wine aisle and prefers her burger cooked medium. If you’re looking to brainstorm creative revenue-generating activations, don’t hesitate to shoot her a message!

Nicole Nielson - Marketing and Communications Manager

Nicole recently graduated from Florida State University in the Spring of 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. She began her journey with DASH as a Digital Marketing Intern in January 2024 and transitioned to her full-time role as Marketing & Communications Manager in August. Nicole’s introduction to the sports industry began with internships at the Florida Everblades and Florida State Athletics Department.

Outside of work, she loves tearing up the pickleball court and crossing people up on the soccer field. She’s always up for a game and enjoys staying active and competitive. Nicole is an avid sports fan, particularly of the Florida State Seminoles, New York Mets, and New York Islanders.

Nolan Vandergriff - Senior Account Executive

Nolan is joining us after three seasons with Evansville Otters of the Frontier League. As Assistant General Manager for the club, he utilized DASH as a source of additional revenue generation, and increased jersey auction profit by 200%!

He is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College, and has lived in multiple locations throughout the Midwest, but now calls Columbus, OH home.

When he’s not telling new teams how great DASH is, he enjoys cycling, pickleball, indoor sand volleyball, and going on hikes with his fiancee, Kennedi. Nolan has a love for all Indiana sports, particularly the Pacers, Colts, and Indiana University athletics.
